What is the cut off time for Same Day Dispatch?

We aim to ship any orders received before 4pm on the same working day. Orders received after this time will be shipped on the following working day.

Which shipping services are used?

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - estimated to arrive within 2 working days of dispatch with full tracking included

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - estimated to arrive within 1 working day of dispatch with full tracking included

Can I upgrade my delivery to a faster service?

Absolutely, this can be done by selecting Tracked 24 at the checkout.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

- All orders placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), are usually dispatched on the same day. If you have placed an urgent order please contact us to ensure your delivery is going to be on time.

- Orders placed after 4pm during the week and at weekends are usually processed and dispatched on the next working day.

- If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us (via email) and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
